Passion for beauty knows no bounds – that’s why we’re thrilled to announce the continuation of our Anthony Fantroy Memorial Scholarship, aimed to motivate and support college-aged students who may not otherwise have the resources to pursue post-secondary education. 

Named in honor of our beloved Aveda Arts Dallas Educator, Anthony Fantroy, this scholarship program is a tribute to his enduring legacy.  

For over nine years, Fantroy was a guiding force in our community until his passing in September 2019. His impact on our culture and student experience continues to inspire us, and the Anthony Fantroy Memorial Scholarship is a way to carry forward his spirit. 

What sets this scholarship apart is its emphasis on supporting students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. By providing this opportunity, we strive to break down barriers and open doors to a brighter future for deserving individuals. 

We checked in with our 2022 scholarship winners who are set to graduate soon. “I‘ve learned a lot and now I’m just practicing and refining my techniques.” shared Aveda Arts Dallas winner, Noura Al-Turkistani. “I’m getting more and more excited about my career and the potential experiences and successes I have awaiting me.”  

Jiannah Patrick, our 2022 winner in Minneapolis shared she has enjoyed gaining knowledge during her education and connecting with other creatives in the industry. “I’m looking forward to growing while also maintaining confidence and passion for helping people.”
