For Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute Nashville alum Sadie Anabelle, a career in beauty has brought more than professional opportunities. It has helped her find her confidence… and given her the chance to help others find theirs.
From assisting at Parlour 3 to becoming a senior stylist at Hunter Paige and eventually opening her own salon suite, Luxe Atelier, Sadie has continued to build her skills, develop her specialty, and create meaningful client relationships.
Today, her work centers on blondes and extensions, with a purpose that goes beyond the finished look: helping every client feel beautiful and confident.
Finding Her Confidence
Looking back on her career since graduating from Aveda Arts, Sadie sees personal and professional growth as closely connected.
“One of the biggest changes has been gaining confidence and becoming more outgoing through building relationships with clients,” she shares.
Each stage of her career has offered something to build on. Assisting gave way to a senior stylist role, and experience helped her discover the services she wanted to specialize in. Along the way, she has grown into her identity as both a stylist and a business owner.
“Each step has helped me grow, shaping me into the stylist and business owner I am today.”
Always Something New to Learn
One of Sadie’s biggest surprises about the beauty industry? How much there is still to discover.
“What has surprised me most about my career is the endless opportunity to learn and grow,” she says. “Even after years in the industry, there are always new techniques and skills to master, which is one of the things I love most about this profession.”

“My ‘why’ has always been to help every client feel beautiful and confident,” she explains. “Being able to enhance not only someone’s appearance but also their self-confidence is what makes this career so rewarding and meaningful to me.”
That purpose connects every stage of her journey. As her skills and confidence have grown, her commitment to the person in her chair has remained central to her work.
