The Future Aveda Artist Scholarship was created to help you take the leap.

This exclusive grant—available only through Aveda Arts & Sciences Institutes—is supported by salons and beauty professionals in your community who believe in investing in the next generation of artists.

Your Scholarship Opportunity

• $1,000 toward Cosmetology program tuition
$500 toward Esthiology/Esthetics program tuition

Why This Matters? The beauty industry thrives on mentorship, passion, and community.
This scholarship helps bridge the gap—turning ambition into opportunity, and support into success.

How It Works

Get Nominated

A local salon, beauty business, or mentor may recognize your potential and encourage you to apply.

Tell Us Your Story

Once you’ve been nominated, it’s time to share your story — together.

Record a short, interview-style video (just a few minutes is perfect) where your nominator asks you one simple question:

Let the conversation flow naturally. It can be filmed on a phone and wherever feels authentic to you. We’re looking for passion, honesty, and a glimpse of your purpose.

Then, in your application, include a short written paragraph or essay (around 200 words) answering:

This is your chance to reflect on what inspires you, how the beauty industry has touched your life, and how you hope to make your mark as a future Aveda Artist.

Apply & Enroll

Complete your Aveda Arts application, and turn in your letter of recommendation from the nominator. Once enrolled and in good standing, your scholarship will be applied toward tuition.

Fine Print

The Aveda Arts Future Artist Grant is awarded as a tuition discount for students enrolling at participating Aveda Arts & Sciences Institutes. Recipients must complete their state-required program hours to receive the full scholarship. Standard enrollment and scholarship acknowledgment terms apply.
