What is Massage Therapy?
Massage therapy is the practice of using specialized touch to heal, renew, and relax the body. Professional massage therapy incorporates kneading, rubbing, and pressure techniques to address the skin, muscles, ligaments, and tendons.
Licensed massage therapists use a combination of clinical and holistic practices to help clients relax, recover from injuries, or simply promote a balanced self-care routine. With a foundation in total body and mind wellness, massage therapy can provide relief and encourage general well-being. Massage therapists play an essential role in promoting client care.
