Last weekend, the Aveda Arts team embarked on an inspiring journey to the heart of New Orleans for Serious Business — a beauty industry business conference to inspire & educate presented by our parent company, Neill.

The vibrant city served as the perfect backdrop for a weekend of creativity, connection, and passion rekindling.

This year’s theme: Vibe Shift – draws its inspiration from the profound and timeless concept of navigating transformative changes in human history.

Our Aveda Arts Directors had the opportunity to soak up knowledge from industry experts and connect with other creatives, even creating “purpose” boards to set intentions for the new year.

As our team returns from Serious Business, we are brimming with newfound enthusiasm and a deeper connection to our craft.
