It’s that time of the year again – applications for our annual Catwalk For Water Cosmetology Scholarship are now open! 

Each year, aspiring students showcase their talents by crafting fashion looks and featuring them in a fashion show. These imaginative makeovers focus on clean water and sustainability marking the beginning of our commitment to promoting and fundraising for Clean Water Awareness.  

The Catwalk For Water experience provides a sneak peek into the exciting possibilities of a career in the beauty industry, laying the foundation of beauty education at Aveda Arts.  

Ready to show off your skills? Here’s how you can join: 

• Write a 500-word essay or record a 2 minute personal video about why you are passionate about the beauty industry 
• Fill out our general information form and upload your essay or video. 
• Complete a Career Planning Session with our Admissions Managers 
• Participants will then complete a creative makeover on a model of their choice, with emphasis on hair, makeup and outfit styling by creating a full look inspired by Clean Water and upload their entries to Instagram. 
• These captivating looks, inspired by the essence of Clean Water and Sustainability, will be recreated, and the models will strut down the runway at the Catwalk for Water Fashion Show this spring.
