We would like to recognize Antonia Patin as Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute Lafayette’s February Student of the month!
Antonia answered few questions about herself and why she loves Aveda. Read below!
Why Aveda?
“Aveda has a strong belief of giving back and allows under privileged countries to be a part of our mission statement. I believe in Aveda and I am grateful to be a part of this wonderful company.”
What do you love about the Esthiology program?
“I love learning how the body functions. I really enjoy learning about all of the products, different techniques, and the massages.”
Favorite skill?
“I love everything-can’t pick just one thing! I really enjoy the whole aspect of the service cycle; from meeting new guest, seeing the excitement on their face from the results, to giving them product knowledge to help them achieve the results themselves.”
After Aveda?
“I’m thinking about a possible part time job, but if a good ideal full time position comes along I won’t pass it up. My original plan was to have my own Spa Salon but I will keep my options open. I may come back as an educator one day!”
Words to your educators:
“To my wonderful educators: I’m not sure I’ll have enough space on the paper! They should continue to do a wonderful job in being supportive and loving! I would like to say Thank You for believing in me and continuing to push me to grow as a better esthetician”.
To my peers
“Continue to be compassionate about what you do because you can have an impact on anyone’s life in ways you will never know!”
