Congratulations to Chelsea Ancona for being Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute Baton Rouge’s August Student of the Month!

Chelsea was chosen as our student of the month because of her dedication and passion for beauty. She takes pride in being at school and is constantly striving to take on more responsibility to set herself up for success as a cosmetologist. Her 100.18% attendance rate is a reflection of her motivation. She’s energetic, constant, reliable, & a self-starter.

On the salon floor her number one goal is to always give her guest the best experience by going above and beyond Aveda standards.

“I chose Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute Baton Rouge because I love Aveda’s products. Also, because Emily, in admissions, was very welcoming and made me feel like I belonged there. I graduated from Central High School in 2014 and continued on to LSU. I decided LSU wasn’t for me and ended up at Aveda!”
