For the month of January, Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute Birmingham would like to recognize Ashley for being our cosmetology student of the month! Ashley is a graduate from Vincent High School. She has a passion for art which she enjoys showcasing through creative color. Her other hobbies are reading, drawing, and giving back to other people. Ashley loves making people feel good about themselves and suggests using Aveda’s Damage Remedy Daily Hair Repair.
Becky Hopson

For the month of January, Aveda institute Birmingham would like to recognize Becky for being our esthiology student of the month! Becky was once a first chair flautist in the Hewitt Trussville High School Marching Band. She now enjoys video games and inspires to do makeup videos. Becky loves her supportive classmates and talking to guests. Her advice to anyone interested in this industry is ,“go ahead and do it because the network is endless and you never know what will come out of it”. Her favorite Aveda product is the Shampure Dry Shampoo and she couldn’t believe she used other dry shampoos before using this one!
