She is very talented and anyone can tell she loves what she does! She works well with guest and has 100% guest satisfaction. She is one of those students that is quiet but never misses a beat! She is the definition of awesome!
Why Aveda?
“I chose Aveda because I wanted to go somewhere that would be fun and exciting but also teach me what I need to know and I think Aveda does just that!”
Why Hair?
“I’ve always had a love and passion for hair. All during high school I was always the one doing everyone’s hair for any occasion! I’m so glad I finally came to accomplish my dream!”
Favorite skill?
“I honestly love it all! Coloring is a lot of fun and rewarding when I can see the final result, but I think cutting is my favorite! It comes easily to me and I find it very rewarding because sometimes a haircut can completely change someone and make their day!”
After Aveda?
“When I finish school, I want to move back to Covington and go work in a salon. My dream job would be working on a movie set or tv show doing hair, so hopefully that will happen!”
Advice for peers:
“I think the only thing I could say would be to never give up, keep trying to learn more, and keep getting better!”
Tell us a little more about yourself outside of Aveda.
“I attended Archbishop Hannan High School in Covington, Louisiana. I was in cheerleading for 12 years and in high school I did powerlifting. I also attended ULL for 2 years and joined Sigma Sigma Sigma Sorority!”
