We have nominated Kayln Vallot for our May 2017 student of the month!

Kayln has a passion for learning, is consistently professional, and always has a positive attitude. Her upbeat, kind spirit and big heart is infections. Her guests, classmates, and educators are drawn to her good energy, plus she can do some amazing hair.

When asked why she chose Aveda, her simple answer was, “There are too many reasons why I chose Aveda!” She did say she loves the energy, loves the people, loves the acceptance of everyone, and loves the Aveda philosophy/philanthropy. The most important thing to her is that she feels comfortable at AI Covington, it feels like home to her.

When she’s not at school, Kayln is a performing arts teacher at the Swamplight Theatre in Ponchatoula, LA. She teaches dance, music, and theater to children of all ages plus adults. When she’s not at school or work, she’s spending time with her 2-year daughter. Her favorite activity to do to relax is taking her boat out, spending time out on the lake and going fishing.
